To Exchange an Item:

If you receive a defective item or an item that is the wrong size or color or not the item you felt you were ordering and you need to exchange it, return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached and packing slip within 15 days to the main warehouse. Notify our customer service line you need an exchange and we will obtain the correct item information from the web store. You will need to contact us by email or phone so we can ensure the item you desire is not out of stock and that the exchange goes smoothly. Once again, the package you received needs to be returned directly to the warehouse to expedite the process. Send your items for exchange to:

For a Refund:

In the rare case that you do not like the item and do not wish to make an exchange We have a fifteen (15 day) return policy – which means return the item to us in new condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached within 15 days to receive a full refund minus the shipping charge.  You are to ship the item to our La Mirada office:

• Request for sanitary reasons, and the health and well being of all our clients, if you try on an item that you try it on over your clean underwear, or other appropriate undergarment. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
• Exchange the purchased products for a different size or style or issue you a store credit to be used toward your next purchase.
• Exchange items that are the wrong size and offer store credit for items that are out of stock.
• Exchange items or offer refunds for defective items.
• Work hard with you and our warehouses to ensure you receive the correct item.
• If an exchange or store credit is not available for some unforeseen reason, we will issue you a refund for the products you purchased (shipping charges are not refundable.)
• Expect that all items returned are returned in re-stockable condition with tags attached within 15 days.

• Exchange or offer refund for items that have been clearly worn or washed, have stains, odor, perfume or other evidence of use. Once the tag is removed or an item is washed, you may not return it.
